Something broken, confusing, or missing? Write to us — a person reads every message.
We answer within two business days. To get a useful reply faster, mention your device and the app version — you will find it at the bottom of the app’s Settings screen.
Before you write
- Purchases and subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed by the store, not by us: on iOS in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play → Payments and subscriptions. Refunds are issued by the store as well.
- Data missing after reinstalling. Sign in with the same account you used before — your data is tied to the account, not to the device.
- Deleting your account. That can be done from inside the app, and also from this page.
